I would like to write to Orlando Bloom from Italy, but I haven't got IRCs... Are they so important? Can I write without them and recieve an autograph?

If you send your letter to Orlando (ICM London address) you have to send 2 IRC.

IRC increased the chance of getting a reply from IRCs.

You can write without them but the chance is lower
