I've just started collecting auto's and i've got 2 questions:
How long does it usually take to receive a response back? and
Ireland doesn't sell IRC's , is there an alternative i could use?

Well, it usually takes three months to recieve a response. However, it depends on the destination and on the celebrity's busyness.
If Ireland doesn't sell IRC's, you can buy IRC's from another country, they are all the same.
