Replace SASE by stamp?

Hi,
I live in Canada and I want to send an enveloppe standard size with another enveloppe inside. I want to send this to a celebrity that lives in another country in Canada. Do I have to buy a SASE or i can put one stamp on each enveloppe? ( the stamps are use for standard letters that weight up to 30 grams mailed to any canadian adress).
I'm sorry if you don't understand what I mean. I'm doing my best.

if they use the same stamps as you then you can use an SASE but if they use different stamps you can send a SAE and IRC or money

Ok! So i have no other choice?! I have to buy a SASE? Well if i have too it's crap because in my town they don't sell those :mad:

I beleive your a little confused, a SASE is just a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope, which means an envelope with stamps and your address on it

For this moment, in our city there aren´t IRC´S so, we are sending stamps on the envelope

Ontarios not really a country, its a province..
& since you both live in Canada, then IRC's are not necessary. A Self Addressed Stamped Envelope will work just fine.
This would be like someone in America, sending a letter from New Jersey to California. It is within the same country, so IRC's are not needed.
