Good question. I guess it depends on what country you are sending it to. For 8x10 photo/envelope, 2 - 3 IRC's should do. Were you trying to figure out how many to send?

Well I dont have any, and I'm trying to figure out how many to get. If I can find them.

I'd buy in bulk if you plan on sending out many requests. Especially since it seems the post offices don't stock much. If you can't find any, PM me. I have been able to get them, so far. You can buy or trade for them if you like. Good luck

An IRC bought in the US costs $2.00.
When an IRC is exchanged at the post office for stamps, you will only receive $0.90 in postage per coupon regardless of where the IRC has come from.
