Hi,

I think this has been asked before but I don't remember what conclusion we came to.

Is this possible?
An IRC bought in one country, sent to a celeb in a second country to be returned to a 3rd country?

For example: Bought in Denmark. Sent to the US. Celeb send to Belgium?

Yes. IRC's are designed so that they can be used in any country to be redeemed for stamps.
