IRC Help-Can someone get them for me?

Where I live in the US, I am unable to get irc's-I called all the local post offices and they all say they don't sell them. I was wondering if anyone out there in the US would be willing to purchase them for me and mail them back to me if I sent you the money for them first. Any help would be much appreciated.

i'm gonna call all the local PO's here..i know the local town PO i used when i last got IRCS i got the last but only 2 was left and this was like 1-2 yrs ago LOL i'll let you know.
