i wouldn't mention that your an autograph collector bc they might think your not really a fan.
write something like
Dear_______ i'm _ old....... i'm a fan of yours....... i like your show/movie/team etc........ (try to flatter the celeb a little so like if they read it they'll think your sweet and stuff) What i really want most is your autograph.....
