one question about via venue writing

Hey!
So,I have one question about via venue writing.
I'd like to write (via venue) to one actor.He'll finnish filming in september (start of it) and I'm not able to send letter+other things before 15th august cause I'm on holiday now.
I'd like to know if it's too late if I send things out on 15th of august
