USA to UK letter

I'm mailing an autograph request from Illinois, USA to London... do I use regular American stamps to mail it to there, or IRCs? Also, for the SASE, I should include IRCs, right? The SASE is a regular letter envelope; how many IRCs do I need?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You will need regular American stamps on your envelope addressed to London. Depending on the size of your envelope, the minimum amount of postage will be $0.90 for a regular letter envelope.
IRC's are only for when you do not have the correct country's stamps for your SASE.

Unless you can get UK stamps, you will be sending a SAE and IRC(s). For a regular letter envelope as your SAE, you will need 1 IRC.
