Hello all,

I was wondering how many days before an artist is performing should you send via venue? How much time should you send in advance? If you send it to early will the venue still know to pass it on? Please help.

When sending to an artist via a venue it depends on where you which venue you are sending, but at least a week before to ensure it arrives on time. You may decide to send earlier or sooner. Be sure to write something like "Please hold for concert on ______" (whatever the date is)
