I'm confused...
I went to the post office today to send a SASE to Avril Lavigne and they said they don't have IRC's to send to canada anymore....is it like that everywhere?

Most Post Offices don't carry International Reply Coupons anymore, since they aren't as popular as they used to be.

Maybe one of the Canadian members here would be willing to sell/trade to you some stamps from their country.
