Well, I've been sending out packages to celebrities for about .. 1 year. But, the whole time I thought a SASE was something different than it actually is. So, I had never sent a SASE. I'm waiting on like 40 replies, do you think I wont get replies because of this? I know the Panabaker's don't reply unless you include a SASE. I didn't include a SASE in my first package to Kay, and she replied. But, I sent her another package, with my favorite note book to sign, do you think Kay will not reply, and keep my notebook? I know Dakota & Elle Fanning will reply with out a SASE, just in case anybody wanted to know. I'm in the USA also.

Some celebs do, some dont. And sometimes those who usually do, don't, and those who usually don't, sometimes do.

Basically its down to luck, but the majority of celebs dont reply without SASEs.

Yeah, it makes sense. I write to a lot of child stars, and they are known to reply with out a SASE. I think it is because they are young, and don't really know. Do adult stars not even reply even if you send them something? I sent Emma Roberts a magazine and DVD cover to sign, and Sara Paxton a photo to sign .... But, I haven't got a reply yet.

I think Sarah Paxton would send something without sending a SASE..mine is totally different but I just send a SAE and accidentally forgot to include the postage so she paid for me. It's actually depending on who you send. Like, if you send to a star who usually gets a lot of fan mail, maybe they won't reply back because they have many other fan mail to take care of.

Okay, thanks Well, I don't really write to "big" stars unless they are one of my favorites. These are the people I'm waiting on.

Nope.

Mainly because a lot of people would just take advantage of the celeb's good nature and send requests just to boost their collection, whether they're a fan or not. Also dealers would abuse them. Same thing as with email addresses really.

Oh ... well, I just wanted to know so that I wouldn't send somebody a package with out a SASE.
