photo?

I e-mailed a manager requesting a musician's autograph, and she said I would be sent an autograph, but at the moment, he's busy touring. My question is: do you think that he would sign on a photo, or on a regular piece of paper? He is a classical musician, and I don't know if he gets lots of requests, or any, by mail...(I know he does backstage after concerts!) On Google, I've seen a couple of photos for/by his record label...maybe he might autograph one of those? Thanks
