if you send something via venue and the venue does not pass it on to the person, do they just throw what you sent away or do they return it to you? and how long does it usually take to get an rts

Most the time it just gets sent back as RTS but sometimes i think they trow it away. It takes about 2 weeks to get a RTS. I'm thinking that if you sent it on the 13th and the concert or whatever was on the 20th then about 2 weeks after the 20th you'll get your letter back
