What Does IRC mean?

Hi fanmail.biz,
Noticed on the page for Olivia newton john that someone
wrote on the latest success the abbreviation I.R.C.
I tried looking up in a book what that means and couldn't
find it can you tell what that means please?

recently my post office told me that the us post aoffice no longer uses these..is this true or is it just my city?

It is true. I don't why but i know that other members have had this problem. Maybe you can look for a post about this and see what others have done or why post office don't sell them anymore .

Well I think so, I myself don't buy IRC but i've heard some problems with the post office not selling them. I guess it depends on where you live.
