I live in Canada and need help!I never sent something via venue..
I would really like to send a letter to Tow Welling at this address:

But I don't know how and what do i have to send.I would really like to give an autograph of him to my sister who really likes him.Thanx for the help!

To send within Canada it's best that at the post office you ask for the "Oversized Canadian Stamps" those work with the 9x12 envelopes in sending within Canada. All you'll need to put on it is one $1.10 on your letter there and one on your SASE! It will be sufficient for both the arrival and return. Be sure to include a photo for Tom to sign. I haven't seen anything come out of Smallville from him, but it never hurts to try!!
