Several addresses

Where should I send to when he has several addresses? Should I send to one of his managers in Belgium, where he lives, his manager in UK, or one of his managers where his is touring now? (I don't think he's going to have a via venue address) Thanks

I have only had this account for like a week but here's what I say:

-If you send VV, send 3-4 days before he arrives otherwise it may come back as RTS. Send to one of his upcomming concerts. Just look online for a list or tour locations
- Maybe you can try all three, a letter and pic to each
-If you only want to do one, find out which address has had the best successes
-If the tour is real soon, then you shouldn't send to another address but VV, but it could get lost if you send it to a different address
