Do you think that some celebs don't know what an IRC is when you enclose it with your request? I sometimes get the feeling... but you never know!

Im new to requesting autographs and stuff, but I bet that some dont know whats IRCs are, especially the not so famous celebs .

I'm pretty sure that they will know what they are, and even if they don't when you look at them they are pretty self-explanitory

I send an e-mail to Lisa Arch (Ms. Samuels in Cory in the House) and she didn't know what an IRC is
