do you get a better sucess rate if the celeb your writing to lives in your country, or dose that not matter? also I know that celebs mail can get messed up and sent dif. places but is that chance lowered if the celeb isnt that famous since there arent as much fan mail to them? Thanks!

In my experience, it does not matter if the celebrity does not live in your country. I live in the UK, and I have actually had the best response from celebrities in America

And in answer to your second question, I think that celebrities who are less famous will repky quicker and maybe take more time on your requests, as they don't have as much mail, but celebrities tend to be quite organised with their mail so it shouldn't get lost

I find that it does not matter what country you are sending to, but from abroad it does take slightly longer as it is further away. But it all really depends on the celebrity you are writing to.
In answer to the question about their fame, its hard to tell, I've actually found it the other way round... I sent to Keira Knightley and got the reply in a week, but I also sent to Dawn French and its been over a year and still nothing!
But this is not always the case, this is just my experience.
