I've been lurking at these boards and I see that some of you send stuff for celebs to sign.
Aren't you worried that you may not get them back?

And if a celeb sells autographed photos on their official site does that mean they won't send you an autograph if you write to them?

Yes there is always the risk of not getting something back, but then there is a chance you'll get it back signed. Personally I will send stuff but nothing that will be missed loads if it doesnt come back.

No, if they have a fanmail address you do tend to receive a reply. Its not always exactly what you want but most fanmail addresses give replys. Personally though I have bought many autographs, I prefer to write and recieve them through the post from the celeb/agent.

Yeah, when I send something to a celebrity I only send stuff that I won't be terribly upset if I don't get it back. I've been wanting to send DVD sleeves for a while but I will only send it if I am 110% sure I will get it back.
