First Class Stamps

I recieved an envelope with 2 "first class" stamp and nothing on them.
I was wondering whether you could reuse them, or would the postal service know?

Technically it is illegal, but some collectors do it and have not had any problems..

what is the diffrence between a first class stamp
and a 41 cent stamp
all it says is USA First Class
ive never seen a stamp like it

sorry i'm new to this thing so what does stamps mean? does it mean the celes send u some stamps instead of their photos?

USA First Class stamps and a 41 cent stamp are the same thing. Usually when there is a postage increase the post office prints stamps with no price on them until they decide how much each stamp will be.
