where I live the post office do not sell the irc can buy something other which has the same functionality as the irc?

if you go to the Autographs for Exchange/Sale people sell IRC's for Self addresses stamped envelopes or you can buy one from them.

You can trade or buy from people from other countries(not from the US). They usually sell IRCS in many countries or maybe you can buy them online from the post-office shops of other countries.

You can also trade or purchase stamps from other members, and use stamps instead of IRC's. Just make sure you are using stamps from the country you are sending the request to.

I emailed the Post office about purchasing IRC's online - They said no, you must buy them at your post office and they stock them as needed. Problem is, most post office's seem confused about IRC's. I replied back suggesting selling them online due to the fact that there are thousand's of collecter's like me that can't find IRC's and most post offices do not stock them.. They pretty much said I'm on my own Boo!
