could i atach the picture to the bottom of the letter and simply ask the celeb to sign the pic on the letter then return it or cut it out whats my best bet and what do you think would look nicer

It is rather hard to figure out what you are saying, but I am geussing you want to attach the picture below your letter??

If you think the letter is very well done and you want to keep it, then I guess you can attach the pictur, but otherwis, it would be better to just put the picture seprately
