For me 2 is always the max. It depends on who your sending to and if they sign authentically. Most secretary's don't mind signing 4,5,6 photos.

i would say no more that 2 or 3 anymore than that and the person you are writing to might think that your a dealer and wont sign

I usually don't send more than 2, but I did send 3 once for three people in my family.

Something I am trying to do (I don't know if it will work) is send a photo of several people to one person along with just a photo of them. When I get it back, I can keep the one they autographed of themselves, and send the cast photo back out to someone else and hopefully they will sign it too. (I think nowandagain had successes from some of the NCIS cast like that).

Personally I think 2 should be the max. Anything more is usually considered rude, and most stars really will only sign 1 or 2 for you. Unless you send 1 as a gift for someone else and specifically ask if they can personalize it to that person, they might sign an extra picture for you.

You can do that, doesn't mean the other celebs will sign the picture when they receive it. the best way i think would be writing a letter to the cast and see how many of them sign the cast picture.
