I'm from Holland and i have a problem. I shopped around some post office and in Holland they don't sell IRC's. So i can't ever sent some mail abroad. Does anyone know how to some IRC from Holland? Please help

Ask them to order IRC's for you, tell them that you use them regularly. Most post offices will do that. Your other option is to maybe buy the stamps you need from someone that lives in that country.

I already ask that. But they called around but nobody ever heard of IRC's. I explained what it is but, they never heard it before. And i don't know anyone abroad.
