okay.. i am going to try and make this make sence...I live in the USA and if I send a SASE to someone in Canada will the stamps on it (the US stamps) work in Canada?

You need to have Canadian stamps on the SASE.

This will make all you think I know nothing, which could be true , but if I just want to mail a regular letter to Canada, can I just put a 37cent stamp on it?

According to the US Postal Service website, the cost of a letter from the US to Canada is 60 cents.
