Envelope

When i sent a letter, do i need do do something special to the envelope to be noticed? Such as an sticker or something. Or just the white envelopes?
I send just plain white C5 envalopes with the address hand written on. And put inside another plain white envalope (SASE), just this time C4. I generally get 90% of my SASE's back, I don't think it makes too much of a difference what colour your envalope is or if it has a fancy design on.
