How to buy US stamps

Does anybody know how to buy US stamps through the usps site from another country? What methods can you buy the stamps with? Credit card or what? Maybe i'm blind but i can't find any information about that...

The following forms of payment are acceptable on usps.com:

Visa
MasterCard
American Express
Discover
Debit cards are accepted if a PIN is not required.
At this time we are not able to accept:

Express Mail Corporate Accounts (EMCA's)
Virtual MasterCard
Gift cards
