HI, CAN'T GET INTERNATIONAL REPLY COUPONS . SEEMS MY POST OFFICE IN CHARLES TOWN WV. DOESNOT CARRY THEM ANYMORE. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN WRITE TO CELEBS IN ENGLAND?/ THANKS GARY

also buy enough stamps that youd think cover it, most post offices can give you a fair idea, usally 3 stamps is enought for pretty much anywhere, also if your post office as an automated machine theyll sell you exact amounts

the stamps on the return envelope have to be from the country where the envelope is coming from. If the envelope is coming from England then US stamps won't work.
