Two things. 1. Who's signature is this?
and 2. it is hard to pick what is and what isnt authentic when we can't physically see the autograph and we dont know who it is.
some celebrities are renowned for sending out PP photos so by telling us who it is, we can give you a better answer.

It's supposed to be authentic but the first time I saw it I thought it was a pp.. So now I'm asking just to be sure

I can see the flow of ink on the scan, so it is not a PP. I don't know anything about Gillan's signature, so I cant really help you on the AP situation.

What is it signed on, and how did you obtain it? This might help me answer.
