I didn't know were to post this so I posted it in here.. I went to send the star my own photo off the net do I just print it off the net or do I have to do something special with the picture...

You can do anything you want with the picture, photoshop it etc or you can just print it out.
If the celebrity signs Through The Mail then they'd most likely sign it, or if they're busy, they'd have a signed batch of photos and they'd return the picture

you can photoshop it or use any imageediting program
you can also resize itto anysize you want
you should be able to print it off the net
or you can put it on a memory stick and develop it at walgreens or walmart

Just a note about that....if the photo is copyrighted they won't develop it

Kind of depends who will be working that day. Never had any problems at my local Walgreens.
But Walmart did give me problems in the past.
