Apparently, he does.
I sent an e-mail recently using his name and SFM, and it did not get returned to me.
patrickdempsey@studiofanmail.com
However, so far, I have not received anything in the mail from SFM.

I've received a pp 5x7 photo from Patrick Dempsey via that e-mail address ldy josie x has givin you. I tried it and got it about 2 months later.
