Hey i know this isn't directly related to collecting signed photos but i really need help and i know someone on here will know. Plus it is to post scans of photos on the feedback part on here. So i'm very sorry if its posted in the wrong section.
My question is when you have scanned a small photo like a 6*4 how do you get rid of the white section ? It leaves it as the size my scanner can scan, but i want to be able to just post the photo size, on my site aswell.
Any help would be very much appreciated

Well, I haven't ever scanned, I just take photos. But you can go to Paint and then just cut off the sections. Good luck!

On my scanner theres an icon with a rectangle shape on it. Click it and it places a rectangle on the scanner preview screen. You can resize it to the shape of the photo, then when it scans, it only scans the photo, not everything outside of it. Do you have anything similar on your scanner? (No on the scanner itself, but on the screen when you open the scanning program)

I use IfranView and it lets you crop your pictures or sometimes, I go to Paint Shop Pro and do just that.
