How many IRCs do I need?

Hey everyone! Happy new year!
I live in the US. Can anyone tell me how many IRCs I would need to send to a celebrity in Canada in order to get something back from them? I've been wanting to write to several actors and actresses in Canada, but decided not to because I didn't know how many to use.

I dont live, in The Us or Canada.
I live in the UK, if I'm sending outside, then I send 2-3 IRC's.

I have this problem also... but you live in America but I live in Europe.... and it is complicated...
but I don´t know where I can get IRC in my event... oh this page is great but the system is so complicated

Tessa: u can just make a thread for help . or just read threads on what u need help for,
