UK stamps 48 cents

I was wondering who could help me getting my hand on 20 UK stamps from 48 cents?
I know you can order them through the site http://www.royalmail.com, but you have to buy 100 stamps, and I don't need that many.
I can pay through paypal and I live in Belgium.
