Questions about SASE'S & stamps

Hi,i hope this is the right forum to ask this

Well,here's the thing,i really want to send out requests to Taylor Swift and Jason Dolley,
and i was wondering(from your experience),if i send them a SASE with 1.07 of postage(a 90 cents stamp,and a 17 cents stamp for each) will i get something back from them?
Because i know that postage it's actually like 1.80 each big envelope,so i'm just not sure if i would still get something back.

Another question,about envelopes,do you think it will be okay if i bend the envelope(the SASE) in half so i can put it inside an envelope of the same size?
I mean,is it still okay?

I'll be really glad if you could answer these questions.Silly questions i know,but i'd really like to know.

sorry, i don't really know the answer to the 1st question, but for the 2nd question, yea you can fold the envelope in half...that's wat i do & I get a reply back

I know that with sending a sase it's a good idea to put sufficient stamps on there, otherwise you might as well send a sae. I usually ask the post offfice what it will cost to have the envelope returned to me and they will give me sufficient stamps.
For your success rates without, it's hard to say, some celebs will return it to you, others won't. Why take the risk.
