Freddie Highmore and IRC

i am a resident of the US and i want to send for an autographed picture of Freddie Highmore. I do know that i need IRCs and i can get em at a post office, but wat i dont know is how many do i need and do i out them inside the envelope? also shood i send an SASE or wat? plz help...

Welcome to the boards, Kingofspades!
If you are sending a small photo in a regular envelope, just send like 1 IRC, if it's like a big envelope (9x12), send about 2-3 IRCs.
