not stupid i didnt know at first either

for a normal sized envelope (letter kind) 3 should do it. its about .80 cents to send

for the 9x12 or whatever they are i am not sure i have never sent one.

when i send overseas i usually forget the stamps and just go to the post office and have them do it and i pay the total in cash

They weigh it at the post office, and calculate the amount of money needed. I never use any stamps myself, I always go there. It's easy to maintain, and you're surely know there's always enough money on it.

Yea, its all the same price. And if you really want the autograph, then its not a rip off.

just go to your post office to buy them. You have to put the IRC's in the envelope so that the celeb can use it to get stamps with it. Don't stick them on the return envelope!

The international postal rate from the U.S. to other countries is .80 cents. You can buy .80 cent stamps at your post office. I use them on regular sized envelopes and 9x12 and I've never had a problem.
