What do you guys send to the team when you want a fan pack. I really want one from a team =D

Sorry for not replying sooner.
I have never requested a fan pack but if I was going to request one, I would simply just say,
"I am a really big fan and I was hoping you could possibly send me a fan pack! It would be much appreciated!
