Do any celebs send photos without a SAE?

Just a quick question, Is it a possibility for any celebrities to send back anything if you just mail them a letter and ask for an autograph photo? Or do all celebrities require at least a SAE?

Some celebrities will send without a SEA or SESA but you should always try to send one.

It depends on who you write to. Search feedback and see if they have any history on here.

Some do respond without an SAE or an SASE but it's always polite to send at the very least an SAE.

i've gotten some responses when i havent sent a SAE or a SASE. but i did notice that it took significantly longer to receive those responses, than when i sent to other people with a SAE or SASE.
