sase irc???¿¿¿¿¿¿help, i need somebody!!***

i have a stupid question ..the SASE is an envelope with stamps on it??
cuz i live in argentina and the stamps dont work in other countrys sending irc is the same??

irc is an international reply coupon. you would include these with your letter to the celeb. so they can send back to you in another country. you should be able to get them from any country. now when you first mail you letter to the celeb you can use your own stamps but in order for them to reply if im not mistaken you need the irc's

Ha! That's funny cause I asked my post office in Australia if I could purchase some IRC's and they told me they don't sell them..

Not all post offices sell them. Where I live in the UK, I have to go to a "main" post office to get them.

Although when I am in London - most post offices sell them!

Also, you might be better asking for International Reply Coupons rather than IRC's because not all postal workers are familiar with them.

If they still don't understand you might need to explain that they are used for the pre-payment of return postage.
