Yes you have to include:
your note to the celeb
a sel adressed enveloppe with 'by air mail" sticker or written on it
2 IRC
and send the stuff with enough stamps.

another question:
if i send an email to (for example) COLDPLAY with my adress and a photo will they reply me with a real autographs on my home's adress?

if you email Coldplay you can't send them a picture to them by the internet. They will send you an email with an autograph picture of them. They don't send original autographs anymore.
