Yes it does depend on what's in the envelope as it will add to the weight of it.
I can't remember how much it cost me to send to America :neutral:.
When i sent to Mandy Musgrave, Gabrielle Christian and Shannen Doherty it cost more to send mandy's and gabby's letters out because i included SASE's with them both which added to the weight. Cost me less with the other letter because i didn't send a SASE.
I suggest you go to your post office and get it weighed they will be able to tell you
