What does this indicate?

This sticker was put under 2 stamps on my SASE and I'd just like to know what it means. Thanks!

I think that it just means they added 15cents to post the letter.

That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure. Does that I mean I should use 3 stamps next time? /: I'm really hoping not because another stamp isn't worth 15 cents.

No, you don't have to spend an extra 41 cents. You should at least put another stamp - 17 cents stamp but it depends on what was in the envelope. Was there something heavy on that envelope other than a photo?

I don't think I have a 17 cent stamp. /: I only ahve the ones that are in that photo. It was just a 8x10 SASE with one photo in it.

I don't think you should worry.My SASE always comes back with the 2 first class stamps I put on and there was no return address or extra postage.

Hey does that envelope happen to be from Selena Gomez because mine had a 15 cent thing below my stamps too. It was weird because all the other successes I got only needed 2 41 cent stamps.
