Which Is The Best Envelope To Send In Normal Ones Or The A4 Sized Ones ?

Hi!
If you're going to send a A4 size photo you should use the 10x8 envelope.
If you're goingn to send your stuff to the US you can buy US stamps here:

Hi!
If you're going to send a A4 sized photo, it's suggested that you send a 9x12 envelope. If you are sending out of the country, you should send at least 2-3 International Reply Coupons, which I am sure are sold in Singapore, according to the UPU site. If you are sending to someone in your country, it is highly recommended that you send a self-addressed-stamped-envelope.
