IRC dosent work

How do I do when the swedish post dosent have any IRC anymore? Should I send swedish stamps in the letter?

for your return envelope you should ALWAYS use stamps from the country from where the return envelope is coming. So if the return envelope is coming from the United States you have to put US stamps on the return envelope or send the celebrity IRC's so he or she can exchange them for stamps.
