i have bought a couple of marker pen autos recently..one is on a card which is paper thin..the problem is that i would have expected the ink from the marker to have penetrated the paper at the back at some point..but this is not the case ...is this the indication of a pre print ....how can i test it...with it being a card and not a photo with gloss i cant light source it.anyone got any advice :?

It's hard to tell... It could be a fake. You can try and post a picture of it and maybe some of the users can help you out :)

Hmm..doesn't sound too good, because what you're describing seems to be the standard 80 g/m2 type of paper. Any marker, whether non-permanent or permanent, should and would penetrate the paper at the back - the fact that it hasn't on yours is a bit :? ...sorry
