Hi,
I have a question:
When Im sending to the United Kingdom from America, the letter that I send to the people has United States postage on the front right? and the SASE has no postage but to IRC paper clipped to it. Do they send the IRCs back? Or do they send stamps back? Thanks!

It depends on the actor if they are generous enough to pay for postage themselves. When they are used, however, they are kept. An envelope with no postage, addressed to yourself is a SAE. You only put US postage on the envelope you are sending to the UK.

While we are on the topic of IRC's- where can I get them? My city (Bradenton, FL) has three post offices- I've been to them all- one said she didn't even know what they were- the other two said that the US Post Office doesn't do IRC's that anymore............. so- where do I get them?

Well I contacted one and she said they didn't have any there, but then she told me to go to the neighboring city, they have them there. just look around in other cities
