Don't know if this question has been asked already. If it has, i'm sorry. I wanted to ask what would be the best size of envelope for sending an old 33 rpm vinyl sleeves and how much would postage cost? I was going to send to Ace Frehley (ex. KISS) a vinyl sleeve to see if he would sign it. Thanks. 8)

I send LPs out quite often and this is how I do it...

1. Make sure the address you are sending to is a valid working address.

2. Get an LP MAILER (made specifically for mailing LPs)

3. What i do is, write my OWN address on the "To" and "From" areas.
Then I take a Plain white paper and write the adress of who its going to and Tape it on top of my address. In my letter to the artist, I mention that they can use the same box to mail the record back to me. I tell them to "Peel" off their address from the box and my address will appear under theirs. As for having it mailed back, I also encluse a $5 bill and request it be sent back to me via Priority mail.

This is what i do ALL the Time when Mailing LPs out and this method has been very successful for me. I know it will work for you too.

Have Fun!
