I always send 2 to the US, as far as I know 1 isnt enough...

I think when I last used one, one was enough, but is no longer maybe due to postal increases.. havn't checked in a long time though!

1 IRC covers the postage for a 20g item (about 3 6x4). However, you might like to check if the celebrity requires you to cover postage, as most of them dont, some of them dont even know what IRCs are

If you send him only a small photo in a regular envelope, yes it's enough. If you send a 9x12 envelope, send at least 2-3 IRCS.
